The GstarCAD Dealer Portal is an exclusive online platform designed for authorized dealers and partners. It provides access to sales resources, marketing materials, technical documentation, license management, and support services to help you serve your customers better.
Only authorized GstarCAD dealers and distributors with valid login credentials can access the portal.
To sign up, click here (Dealer signup). First, create a login ID using your unique email address. Next, fill out the dealer signup form to provide us with your information.
Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
To get started, please register a login ID for each staff member. All orders will be placed under the company account, allowing the supervisor to view the complete history of orders and quotations. The accounts department will be able to process payments for confirmed orders and receive invoices through the portal.
The initial dealer tier is set to 15%, referred to as T15, and the Dealer lever will be reviewed periodically; it will adjust to the next level when qualified.
Once the payment is complete, we will email the invoice and license sheet to the dealer. (No direct email license detail to end user))
To place your order or request a quotation, use the order system. Start by adding the product to your cart, then check or edit the quantities as needed. Once you're ready, click 'checkout'.
After providing the necessary end-user details and confirming your order, you can complete the payment using any online payment method. Alternatively, you can save the order as a quotation for manual payment. This allows you to keep a record and send it to your accounts department for payment processing.
